Nicole Celaya is Co-Executive Director of Food Systems for FoodLink of Tulare County. She is a lifelong learner and educator, certified in Permaculture and group facilitation. She is also part of the Matriarchal Council for the Central Valley Agroecology Network, an autonomous group of Central Valley women of color who are helping to create, implement and support food sovereignty and land back efforts in Fresno and Tulare Counties.
